Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Prompthouse membership, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of the charge date.

How to request a refund. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net to look up your order and request a refund, or contact us from within your member dashboard and we will initiate one for you.

After 30 days. Refund requests received after the 30-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. If you cancel your membership, you retain access until the end of the paid billing period; no partial refunds are issued for the unused portion.

Chargebacks. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer — most disputes can be resolved directly and much faster.
