Refund Policy

Academy membership — 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Prompthouse academy membership ($19.99/mo), you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of the charge date.

Shindig Studio — 14-day refund window. The Shindig Studio subscription ($99.99/mo) is a separate service. Refund requests for the Shindig fee must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase. After 14 days, the Shindig fee is non-refundable. Cancellations of Shindig Studio take effect immediately — access ends the moment you cancel and no proration is issued for unused time in the billing period.

How to request a refund. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net to look up your order and request a refund, or contact us from within your member dashboard and we will initiate one for you.

After the refund window. Refund requests received after the applicable window (30 days for academy membership, 14 days for Shindig Studio) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. If you cancel your academy membership, you retain access until the end of the paid billing period; no partial refunds are issued for the unused portion. Shindig Studio cancellations end access immediately.

Chargebacks. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer — most disputes can be resolved directly and much faster.
