Terms & Conditions

The Prompthouse Academy platform is operated by Prompthouse ("Prompthouse", "we", "us"). Your agreement for use of the platform is with Prompthouse. Payment for your membership is handled by our Merchant of Record — see section 04.

Legal entity name and registered address will be added before we begin accepting live payments.

Prompthouse is a paid membership platform. Full access to courses, the AI tutor and member tools requires an active membership at $19.99 USD per month, billed in advance.

There are no free trials. New members are charged the full monthly fee at registration and receive access immediately upon successful payment.

Standard cancellation: members may cancel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (approximately 30 days for a monthly plan). Access continues until the end of that period and no further charges are made.

Immediate cancellation: members may alternatively elect an immediate cancellation. Access ends the same day and no further charges are made.

No refunds are issued for the current billing period on cancellation. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment terms, billing, currency conversion, taxes, invoicing and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

You agree not to:

• share your account credentials or resell access to Prompthouse;
• redistribute, mirror or republish course material or tutor outputs at scale;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, probe or interfere with the security of the platform;
• use the AI tutor to generate unlawful content, malware, spam, phishing, sexual content involving minors, targeted harassment, or content designed to defraud or defame;
• use outputs to make consequential automated decisions without human review.

The Prompthouse tutor is an AI system. Outputs are for educational purposes only and may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it, and for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to any content you paste into the tutor. We may filter, restrict or refuse outputs and may remove content or suspend accounts that repeatedly violate section 05.

The platform, including its software, course material, brand and interface, is owned by Prompthouse or its licensors. Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the platform for personal, non-commercial learning. All other rights are reserved.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of section 05. Where feasible, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to remedy the issue first.

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompthouse, its owners, officers, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Our total aggregate liability to a member for any claim shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by that member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prompthouse and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prompthouse is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
